Me and my team are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience tailored to each individual client. Client satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we take all feedback and concerns about our services very seriously.
This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our coaching services are delivered, as well as the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for your subscription. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Due to the digital nature of our coaching services—which include customized programming, ongoing support, and access to proprietary tools—we do not offer refunds for any payments already processed. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly coaching payments and any pre-paid services.
In rare circumstances, such as exceptional personal situations, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the coach's discretion.
All coaching subscriptions require a minimum commitment period—typically 3 months—unless otherwise specified in your individual agreement.
You may request to cancel your subscription at any time, but early cancellation is only considered after at least 50% of your commitment term is completed and is subject to coach approval. Until then, clients are responsible for completing payments for the full commitment period as agreed upon at the start of service.
If your cancellation request is approved, no further payments will be charged beyond the current billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the coaching already delivered.
